ABOUT SPECIALIZED TRAINING PROGRAMS

The specialized training programs (PFE) were developed by Bauerberg Klein to provide comprehensive training in each of the areas of E&P, HSE, Maintenance and Soft Skills, based on our experience education through the 17 years that we have been on an educational journey. The final conformation of each PFE may be adjusted between each director of the program and the interested company. They may be formed within the same discipline or multidisciplinary.

Duration of the modules

From 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in sessions of 3.5 to 4 hours a day.

Instructors and Program Directors

All the instructors that are part of the PFE have a wide experience and academic training.

The Directors of each Program and the General Coordinator, together with the technical references and HR personnel of the Contracting Company will be responsible for adapting the contents of the modules (focus, duration and methodologies to apply, etc.), taking into account their needs and concrete possibilities. They will also monitor the development of them, and will prepare a technical report together with the instructors, after each completed module that may contain recommendations academic, and will make a final report at the end of the PFE.

Blended Learning

Synchronous E-Learning 80% - Will be complemented with Asynchronous E-Learning, Readings and Complementary Exercises.

In-person

At the Client's request, all or any of the modules may be carried out in person.

Recommended time to complete each PFE

From 12 to 18 Months

Exams and Report for HR

In all modules there will be a detailed report on the topics treated, class participation, student grade, grade of course satisfaction.

Academic Level

Although the levels of each module are intended as basic or intermediate, they can be adapted to be carried out by participants of more advanced levels.

Custom PFE modules

The contents of each module can be adjusted with meetings with HR and the technical line with the Bauerberg Klein instructors.

PFE to Measure

PFIs can be structured according to training needs of each company.

Interdisciplinary PFI can also be carried out.
