Target Audience

This innovative program is designed for managerial and executive roles, taking into account each participant’s experience, education, and specific needs.

Methodology

It is delivered through weekly online or in-person sessions lasting two to three hours, scheduled at times convenient for both the participant and the mentor.

Procedure

The selection of topics and the dedication to each participant is fully personalized. To this end, a questionnaire and a preliminary interview are conducted with each individual. Additionally, content and duration are adjusted throughout the mentorship according to the participant’s development and evolving interests.

Methodology

The program is based on the execution of real technical projects with direct on-the-job mentoring. The interaction between mentor and participant takes place during the execution of the project.

Mentors provide technical support and guidance throughout a real project, while addressing knowledge gaps identified along the way.
